Jim Haluska review about company Pinnacle Exteriors

The salespeople explained the process they would use to replace the roof and had examples of the products they would use as well. They explained the warranty program, which was a major selling point for us, with it being a full lifetime warranty with labor, instead of the pro-rated warranty you get with other companies. The workers showed up a bit early which was nice, and although there was a very minor issues that arose during the replacement process, Pinnacle Exteriors did listen to our issues as they occurred as remedied them on the spot. After the crew left, Pinnacle did a follow up visit to insure we were happy with the job, and when another minor issue that we found after the crew left was pointed out, Pinnacle did again remedy the situation by sending a repairman to fix the water guard that slightly separated from the overhang of our roof.
