The other reviews of this business are dated. The name of the company is now Von Kensinger and Son and the son Paul runs the business that is now located in Spring Mills. I had a great experience. I live in a very rural location where it is difficult to get folks out to do work,so when the wind took 4-5 feet of cap shingles off my roof, I figured it would be a real pain to get anyone out for the repair. A colleague at work had used this roofer so on a lark I sent him an email describing my predicament. Then three remarkable things happened. First, within three days Paul called me to set up an appointment. Second, he showed up on time and agreed to do the fix although given his workload it might be several weeks. Third, he called within a couple of days and indicated his crew had finished another job early and could come out. The result: Problem fixed, a great job, and for an incredibly reasonable price. I give these folks my strongest recommendation. They are great.
