After having our furnace go out, we called HSA (our home warranty company) they put us in contact with Bauenfeind Goedtel. We originally didn't hear from them the first time we called. We called and finally got a tech out to our home. They stated the igniter was out, and replaced it. Well, within 12 hours, the furnace was out again. We got another tech, that I was told was their TOP tech, he stated the last tech did put enough ground cables. Of course 12 hours later, it was out again! Finally got a hold of one of the sales manager, and was pretty much told the didn't have time for me. I got another company out to my house (who has 5 stars) and they we out in 2 hours, and found it, it was actually the whole transformer, they stated it probably was never the igniter in the first place... my furnace is now up and running completely. Terrible customer service, messy and does not clean up after themselves, and that 45 years of experience shouldn't take 3 visits to fix the problem...
