Furnace stopped working and my home warranty issued BG as my contractor. After not reaching out to me for 24 hours I called and left a voicemail. Another 24 hours later I called back again and was treated with so much disrespect over the phone that I requested my home warranty company to issue me a new contractor instead of continuing to work with BG. If you have a choice I would not recommend them just from the awful communication that I witnessed.
