Samantha Zúñiga review about company ANM Roofing

I have been trying to work with this company for over a month. They were the original roofers on a commercial building that I help manage, and we are having lots of issues with it. We got an inspector to come out, but ever since they have been unhelpful and non responsive. I have left multiple voicemails, emailed, and called and spoken to several employees who all say they will get back to me, but in the end—nothing! I was even told multiple times by Anna that we were “not a priority right now.” I didn’t realize it could be so difficult to pay someone to do work that they do for a living. Very frustrating.
