Reva Arthur review about company Head Roofing & Sheet Metal Inc

I just had a very nasty experience with the office staff concerning having a roof/leak repaired before the rain returns. I explained I had water coming into my home. When I inquired about the appointment date/time; I was rudely told I would have to wait like all of the other people who had rain coming into their homes. I was then told it would not be today or tomorrow. I would like to talk to the owner, because I am sure he would not approve of this type of customer relations. I will be writing the owner a letter. I don't need an apology or any free services, I just need businesses to act like they are in business to stay in business. Wow....now that is not service at all.
