I just had a very nasty experience with the office staff concerning having a roof/leak repaired before the rain returns. I explained I had water coming into my home. When I inquired about the appointment date/time; I was rudely told I would have to wait like all of the other people who had rain coming into their homes. I was then told it would not be today or tomorrow. I would like to talk to the owner, because I am sure he would not approve of this type of customer relations. I will be writing the owner a letter. I don't need an apology or any free services, I just need businesses to act like they are in business to stay in business. Wow....now that is not service at all.

Mr Head and his crew resurfaced a small flat roof for us. The job was performed professionally and the area left clean afterwards. Some months later we had a leak during a strong storm. He came out the next working day, determined that it was not the flat roof but fixed the problem, free of charge and promptly. You can't get better service than that.
