Adam Ferstenfeld review about company LandMark Exteriors, Inc

$30k window replacement project was scheduled for 2 days. Windows went in in 2 days but finishing work, interior painting, removing plastic, installing hardware took over 2 months from start to finish due to project and scheduling mismanagement. 6 months later needed a to replace a faulty sash and that process took another 6 months capped off by the owner, John and sales rep Mike, refusing to repaint the interior wood part of the window after making nail holes and chipping paint (a small job but a testament to their failure on customer service). Still need to replace another $20k of windows but will never use LandMark again. With so many choices of contractors we will be sure to give our money for the remaining windows to a company that appreciates the business and stands behind their work from initial installation along with the service and repair.
