Identity Reno review about company ABC Roofing
The absolute worst roofing company to deal with. We sent in a check for a simple roof inspection on a new building, and they received the check almost immediately. But because they didn't get the as-built roofing plans until later, they are now refusing to work with us and send over the report that they already have! Unfortunately, their office manager, Barbara, was less than pleasant over the phone - we are very disappointed in how this situation played out.
Horrific front desk service, rude and incompetent. They might be good roofers but I wouldn't know because I would never waste my time with being talk...
Excellent job. All workers were courteous and worked with me to get my dogs outside when necessary. I have had several compliments on the roof.
