Kevin Custer review about company H&H Exteriors LLC

Called the company to have them make an emergency fix. Roof is leaking and coming into my kitchen. Was stood up via the emergency, and then I had to make an appointment to have people come by. Left specific instructions that I work from home in my basement, and I need a phone call when they get here. I call to follow up, because they are late for the appointment. They said they stopped by and left because no one answered. I said hey, "sorry, but when i left the message I need to be called, because I am always on the phone with customers to let you in." They came back at me and said to shove off and find someone else to fix my roof. Edit from the owners response: It seems like it should not matter if the damage was from another roofing company, as I am hiring YOU to come out and repair MY roof. The repair was completed from a roofing company from the previous owners, and I did not know who they were. So you are lying when you said that they would not call me back. I am happy you were able to see my doorbell, and my dog. However, you still failed to call like requested. You run a poor business, and everyone should know it. I had my roof looked at that afternoon, by another company. I am happy that my money never made it to you.
