Laura Dean review about company GHC Roofing

So initially, I wrote a bad review of this company. I don't think I was put into contact with the right person at the company... which could indicate that they need to communicate customer concerns more effectively. HOWEVER to be fair, the owner (Jeff Church) did take my concerns seriously. He took time to "right the wrong" and I appreciate that. The workers that he sent back out were so polite and kind. They assured me that they could fix the problem very easily and they did! Also, it should be noted that the receptionist/scheduler (Misty) was very nice and she was very willing to work with my schedule. I appreciate a company that is willing to make things right if they make a mistake.
