Kris Durbin review about company Total Home

I called Total Home with an offer to bid on the extremely large list of improvements we are looking to have done on our home. Instead of taking an interest in the opportunity, their phone rep was more interested in an interrogation so that they could decide if they were interested in doing the work or not. I understand that a company like this cannot bite off more than it can chew, and would also like to establish themselves as a premiere renovator, however, their tone was very much in line with an organization who believes that potential customers are a waste of time.
