Thomas McLellan review about company Lamer Roofing & Exterior

I had an estimator come to my house to give me a quote for fiberglass shingles and steel. He spent an hour measuring everything up, and describing the high quality of service that Lamer has built its reputation on. Then he took my email, and said he would have a quote for me soon… It’s been 6 weeks since he came to my house and I have not heard a thing. I have emailed the company… I have called him directly and left a message… I also called the head office, and they ensured me I would hear from him by the end of the day… that was 2 weeks ago. I cannot speak to whether or not they build a god roof, but I can tell you this- I have a roof with defective shingles that are deteriorating RAPIDLY. I really would have liked to get a roof on before the winter. The “Lamer” rep bragged about their A+ rating with the better business bureau, mean while he showed up without a tape measure, or ladder (both of which I had on hand so no biggy!) and has yet to respond to any of my attempts to contact him. Not very professional if you ask me. I suggest someone else if being treated as a valuable customer is important to you. -Tom M.
