We cannot say enough about Ridge Top. An elderly relative had wind damage on part of the roof on a two-flat we didn't realize happened until heavy rain came and it was raining inside the house. This happened on a Friday before a long holiday weekend. After describing to Nate that we could see light coming through the roof and more rain was predicted, he brought his manager with him and they came out together to assess the situation. Not only did they temporarily repair the leaking roof immediately, throughout the weekend Nate kept in contact to see how we were doing and also checked on the roof to make sure the temporary repair was still intact. He made a point to meet the insurance adjuster at the house to go over what needed to be done. The roof is repaired, it looks great, and we know our family member is safe. Nate is our new hero and we can't thank Ridge Top enough, not only for their professionalism with the repair, but also for their genuine concern with this situation.
