They sent someone immediately out to do a free evaluation. The people on the phone and Crystal who came in person were so kind and knowledgeable. The amazing thing is that the following week our gutter cleaning company came out and saw three broken shingles. I called Crystal and she immediately arranged to have a crew come out and replace the 3 shingles for free and they even matched my current shingles! I would use this company again and recommend them to anyone!

Last year Pro Roofing did a beautiful job on my roof and they also painted my house. I noticed that it has been much hotter upstairs with my new roof and it should technically be cooler with a newly updated roof. I decided to call after a year to express my concerns and they were out the very next morning to address the issue. Much appreciation to the staff and to Chris the tech that came out for the determination to figure it out!!! Thank you!

We had Pro Roofing out to replace our gutters recently. From beginning to end; the service was top notch! Kelvin came out to give a quote. He was pleasant and efficient. We had a written quote before the end of the day. Once we signed the quote, we received a call to schedule. The day before, they called to let us know they were ahead of schedule and asked if they could come out even earlier than planned. The installers were so kind and completed the job quickly. They cleaned up after themselves nicely. Before 24 hours had passed we received another call to make sure we were pleased. We did have a preference for a direction of a downspout- called it in under the warranty and it was taken care of at no cost and no hassle. We will definitely use Pro Roofing for any future need!

Overall good experience. Crystal came on a Saturday to give the estimate. They promised to install the new roof the next Tuesday. Worked on contract through the weekend and got the job done Tuesday as promised. Had some issues with the drip edges after the new gutters were installed. Chris and Hafid explained the issues clearly and fixed them without pointing fingers. I will definitely use them again. They do a good job and stand by their work.

Crystal did a fantastic job on the roof. Very knowledgeable on industry stands. Responded very quickly.
