Frank was detailed and showed pictures and videos of the work to keep me updated on everything. He was really nice and has a sense of humor lol. He answered any questions I had. The work is perfect. I had a leaking roof every time it rained and now theres no issues at all. I also have a 10 yr warranty with them so that eliminates having to call someone if there should ever be an issue.
