My wife and I are extremely happy with the entire process of getting our new roof. After resolving a few issues we had, Sara and Tony were very professional and courteous and handled everything superbly. The roofing contractor was excellent and professional. All said and done, price was great, work was great, support was great and they were able to coordinate the work around our Solar company removing their panels. Rate them a 10 out of 10. Thank's again for everything.

The roofing job was satisfactory. The workers arrived on time and the work was done in a super time period. The only thing that I was unsatisfied with was the billing. I was told by the sales representative, that I could get 2 year pricing for 0% finance. When the bill came, I was charged 9.9% interest rate. I called and spoke to the billing people and she said "you signed a contract" stating 9.9%. Be very careful with what you sign because it may ultimately be different when the statement comes. I tried talking to the billing people but she would not listen. BE CAREFUL WHAT YOU SIGN AND READ EVERYTHING IN ITS ENTIRETY!!!!! Working with the finance people was terrible. I had a very hard time getting in touch with someone. I called at least 5 times before I actually spoke to someone and her attitude was off the chain. Very rude!!!!!!!!!!!! I wish I had read the reviews before accepting the contract. I would highly recommend that you do business with another roofing company. CUSTOMER SERVICE IS HORRIBLE!!!! If only I knew they would turn out like they did, RENEW would never have gotten a brown penny from me. 🤬🤬🤬🤬

At first I thought this company was a god send. My roof was leaking but it wasn’t the roof it was just a pipe by my skylight but everyone kept telling me that they don’t do repairs only replacements. Finally, Renew said they could fix the leak without replacing the roof. The sales person was very friendly and even quoted me on replacing my bathtub as well. In the end I ended up paying $1,300 for them to patch up the leak. This was in April. It’s now June and my the leak has returned. When I sent another roofing company up to examine. They showed me pictures of my $1,300 repair. They literally through some black goo over the pipe and charged me $1,300 for it!!! I couldn’t believe it. I won’t be going back to this company for any repairs and work I need in the future!

Came out in a timely manner.dressed proffessional.the crew worked very well together. They cleaned up everything. They started and finished in one day. The crew did a very good job on our roof.

Great customer service from beginning to end. I highly recommend this company!
