Juan and crew arrived at 8 AM. After replacing the house roof, including 4 skylights, and a 24' x 36' detached garage roof, the tucks pulled out of the driveway at 4 PM. Then it began raining off and on for almost 3 weeks No Leaks! Extremely efficient, no mess, painless as possible. Highly recommend Juan's crew from Avalon.

This was the worse place to get help with our roofing. We first kept getting calls & men came to our doors from this place saying that our roof was in dire need of repair and yes it was. Finally we made an appointment and a guy came to our house to give us quotes saying he would help us and Avalon would even help with the insurance. We signed the necessary papers to get started they guy said we would hear from them soon. A week turned into 2 months and my husband even called the company and they said they were very busy but someone would contact us soon. It turned into 4 months and nothing. Finally we went with a company that we were referred to by a friend. This company followed through and they were awesome!!!! We will NEVER recommend this company!!! Most definitely the worse experience we ever had.

Avalon replaced our roof last November when we discovered a leak. Other companies wouldn’t even come out and look at it for a quote. They are kind, compassionate, and make you feel so comfortable with their services. We just signed with them again to help build our new fence! Exceptional customer service and great work! I was totally impressed with Avalon’s sales manager - he was totally knowledgeable in answering all of my questions, including other companies costs, materials, and how they stacked up with online reviews. These questions confirmed when the other companies gave me their estimates. I was always in contact with Avalon’s scheduling department due to weather conditions. Two crews came out at 7:00 AM on day of installation. They used care in protecting my landscape and yard with tarps, new roof was completed by 11:00 AM. This time including excellent clean up of all materials from replacing old roof and new roof. I was impressed with no high pressure sales tactics and follow up of inspection of my new roof after installation. I would recommend my exceptional experience with start to finish and outstanding material, cost, and professional service from all Avalon’s employees.
