Called Daniel to get a quote. He said yea no problem just send me the pictures. I did so but received no response. I provided multiple forms of pictures, PDF, Word etc. I sent more follow up emails and then left a few voicemails. I know this seems like a trivial complaint however I expressed I was going through due diligence and really needed this feedback. Still knowing my situation, I was ignored. To this day, no email reply, no call back.
