Happy to report that my only experience with a roofer was a pleasant one (one year ago as of this posting). The crew appeared happy to work on (replace) my roof. As expected, they discovered a few hidden issues which they fixed and the added costs were within expectations. The owner made several visits during the process, then later to collect the payment. Very professional! He actually came much earlier than expected and completed our roof within 2 days time, despite an unexpected torrential downpour the afternoon of the first day on the job! Not 1 drop of water entered our home. Hilliard roofing has performed ALL of our roofing needs for decades.
