He'll give you an estimate and say, "you're better off just putting on a new roof. $15,000 for a brand new roof with warranty." As your gasping for breath, you'll kindly tell him that you need to think about it. A week later, when YOU ARE NOT HOME, he'll show up with 5 guys and start putting on a new roof.
