7/17 Chavez put on a whole new roof, supposed to last 20 years, for $23,000. Didn't last 1.5 yrs. First big storm, entire north side inside house had huge leaks, costing $15,000 in damages. Chavez didn't ever come to fix it in spite of over 20 calls/texts. Had 5 other roofers inspect roof. They all said the roof had never been sealed anywhere, even the canales were just sitting on the roof, they had never been attached! Chavez is a liar, a lousy roofer and a thief. Do not use this company.
