The sales portion is great. They are very aggressive with insurance companies and will do their utmost to ensure that the job gets covered. The quality of the work is not up to par though. The roof itself, which is the easy part, is holding up, but the flashing, gutter apron, replacement of siding were all done poorly. We called them come to check the work because we were having problems. They kept rescheduling and then showed up on a date I said I wouldn't be there. They were rude to my 82 year old mother and denied any problems, but we are having leaking issues and a second roofing company confirmed our suspicions. We now have to pay for a replacement gutter apron, and removal and replacement of our aluminum siding because they did these poorly when they put on the roof. My brother had his roof replaced by them and needed to have the chimney flashing redone by someone else. It was so bad you could see into his attic from the roof! They cut a lot of corners and don't stand by their work. If you use them, get an inspection done and expect to pay more money out of your pocket to another company to fix their shoddy work.
