Covereted tub/shower to walk in shower for my disabled mother. It is great, couldn't be happier. Very nice quality, roomy, very easy for her to get in and out. They customize it to fit your needs. Everyone we worked with was great, knew what they were doing, and answered any and all questions we had. Would definitely recommend!!!!

I met Jesse the owner back in 2011 when he was starting his roofing business. He was a great guy, gave me an excellent quote and his team's work was great, cleaned up afterwards. I had no complaints. His crew also did my sister's house as well as my mother's house. All jobs looked great and for a great price as well! Fast forward to 2019: the kitchen ceiling started leaking, and in the hallway upstairs. I had a handyman check out the damage and he wasn't sure where it was coming from. I called a plumber who was reluctant to come out saying it was probably the washing machine and never called back. After cutting a hole in the wet wall upstairs I could tell it was coming from the attic somewhere and worried that one of the flashing boots from the roof was failing. Thankfully Jesse keeps a lifetime warranty on his roof work and his new company Owl Remodeling not only called me back to setup an appointment but the guy they sent was great. Jeff came today and in 10 minutes had an answer to all my water damage when I had such trouble getting answers elsewhere. The roof and flashing boots are still working without problems. Jeff found a separate hidden AC unit condensation pipe that had come unbuckled for whatever reason and was pouring onto the attic plywood, them trickling down. He was nice enough to push it back into place for us and explained what was going on. Good news! My roof is still awesome!! Thanks Jesse and Jeff :)

BEWARE!!! Last year I had OWL install 6 windows. I had some challenges with the install and Owl still not finishing the job. However I looked past this because I would like to have matching windows throughout my house. So after Owl canceling an appointment they finally came out to my house. I asked them to finish last years repairs which Owl agreed. We agreed on a quote and Owl took $4600 deposit from me. They then sent someone out to measure my windows. The gentleman stated that they cannot install the type of window as promised. An Owl representative made one other trip out to my house to look at my windows. Since that trip April 10th no one from Owl will contact me. I have asked to have my $4600 refunded and no one will call me back! I have asked for the owner of Owl to contact me. I have asked for the owners phone number. They will not even tell me the owners name. WARNING THEY WILL TAKE YOUR MONEY AND RUN!!!!

What's cool is that they'll give you a quote, and if you like it but don't want to commit at the moment, for whatever reason, they'll keep it locked for a solid year. Right now, we've got a quote on doors we want installed and are seeing if any competitors can better it. Used these guys once before for our kitchen door and was highly impressed.
