I had a leak in my roof and had i5 repair it, I paid them $2,000. The roof continued to leak, they said they couldn't guarantee the fix. They sent out a project manager, Charlie and Dale, to take a look at it, said I needed a new chimney and a new roof, even though they agreed that the roof was only around 3-5 years old, but they would deduct the amount I already paid from the cost of the new roof. They also said the chimney was constructed incorrectly to begin with and was causing the roof to bow which made the leak repair impossible. I got three other options from three different contractors, all of them said i5 did the repair incorrectly and that it was only a $800 repair tops. They also said the chimney was fine, my roof wasn't bowing at all. I told i5 what the other contractors said and they scoffed, they sent out some guys to refix what they had done and all they did was lay some caulk down, which didn't work. There are so many detail in this that I left out that are baffling, fact is, i5 did a poor job and charged way too much, when they were called out on it they tried to ignore me and do what they could to get me out of their hair.

We have only high praises for this company, for their professionalism, responsiveness, courtesy and quality of work. The crew was super to have around and really worked very diligently, special thanks to Kevin. Really from 1st phone call - completion we were very satisfied.

These rip-off artists are what's wrong with America. The fat blonde lady I spoke with was incredibly rude. It also seemed as if she had been drinking and it wasn't even noon yet! I would give this lousy company 0 stars if I could. Your customer service "crossed" the line with me, and you'll never get my business again, and I would advise others to steer clear of this company.
