He did an inspection on top of roof and inside attic. He found source of leak, then discussed problem, then discussed cost, and corrected problem immediately. No second visit, no crew scheduled, no need to replace a section of roofing, no removal of tiles, no need to pull up vents, etc. While the quality of work is very important, I personally feel honesty is step number one. Totally honest about necessary work and very fair pricing. I feel so fortunate to have found them after a number of bad experiences. I wish they offered all services (plumbing, landscape, etc).
