Wanted to wait a few months before I wrote this review to see how the roof performs in high winds. I replaced my roof last summer 2018 with Herb Lodde after dealing with missing shingles every year from a different company that did my roof from 8 years previous. I asked Herb Lodde for a roof that would resist high winds. Months later and after a few high winds, my GAF roof from Herbe Lodde has not lost one shingle. Nor have I witnessed not one single "lift" at all. They went the extra mile to ensure that both the shingle and installation method met my needs in a high wind area. My sales guy, Jason was A+ as well as the installers. All good!

A total RIP OFF + RUDE customer service i called them, the lady on who answered said she would check my roof on Google earth and then said that the water drain on my roof needs to be changed and that they can change it for $250, i said ok and took an appointment, they came last week wehnt upstairs for 3 mins then came down and said that i don't need to do that now as they cleared the track from snow and that they can come replace it in the summer,, and sent me an invoice for $150 !! so i called them back to tell the lady that this is not what we agreed on! they were supposed to change it not clear it with a sticj and charge me $150 for nothing!! the lady was extremely rude, she said what do you think that they will drive to you and i'll charge you nothing?! so i told her but you told me on the phone you'll come change the vent so she said "alright i'll wave rhe invoice but we don't want to deal with you again see someone else who can come and change that for you"! I mean !? am I dealing with Babies!! ever heard of customer service! or even acting like and Adult!

I had a roofing emergency... rain water coming into my kitchen and water splashing onto the floor, my concern was heightened as I have disabled war veteran in my home, and the leak represented a safety issue. A technician was at my door within 3 hours... and within 30 minutes, they quickly found the sources of the leaks, and put a temporary fix in (which is holding), and will be back later this week to replace the shingles which were ruined by squirrels/raccoon. Fab customer service. Heartfelt thank you!

Highly recommend this company. Even with the crappy weather we had, someone came out to assess the issue with the roof. We did not have to wait to long after for someone to come and do the repairs. The roofing guy that came was amazing (Dave), outstanding personality and explained everything that he did. Thanks Guys

We would highly recommend this company. It was a smooth process from the initial estimate to the completion of the work. The guys showed up on time and were quick and efficient. Even took care to tarp around the house and move our patio furniture out of the way to prevent any damage. Our roof looks awesome. Don't hesitate to hire this company. Very professional and the price was reasonable, maybe not the lowest, but you definitely get what you pay for.
