Do not hire this contractor unless you want bad workmanship and no warranty, contraction to what they tell you. The warranty is for 10 years part and labor, but If something goes wrong with your roof after they're done, they won't be back to fix, instead you'll be stuck hiring someone else to fix the problem and incur an additional bill to pay for it. There are hundreds of roofers out there, if you want the job to be done right and last a long time, DO NOT CHOOSE YING HO ROOFING & RENOVATIONS. In the past this company did install one row of 6 houses, after the big storm on Friday May 4, 2018 all of the roof of 6 houses were blew away a lot of shingles of each house. We call them and they never show up.
