Dealt with them for over a year on my front door issue. They installed windows, siding and a front door. The front door was installed incorrectly and was scratched. They came out 5 or 6 times each time installing or fixing it incorrectly. The screen door is still bowed out and snow is coming in. My front door is still cracked from them. And the screen door also came with a nice crack. Still scratched. Their poor customer service is frustrating. They tried putting white silicone over the scratches more than once and said it was fixed. They had to reinstall the frame. They drilled the holes wrong for the screen door into the aluminum frame and said it couldn't be fixed properly yet still would not re-order my $2800 door. Even when threatening to take them to small claims court was no motivation and I just don't have the time. Do not give these losers 1 SINGLE CENT until you have gone over every single square millimeter of their shotty work. Their word means NOTHING.

Very poor customer service! I first contacted Superior Seamless Exteriors August 14th of 2015 and sent them a follow up email September 16th. I received an email back on October 16th after I sent them another request to contact me, I was told Howard would get back to me... I am still waiting. (June 16, 2016) I will not be contacting them again.
