I cannot thank Jim and his team enough. I needed a total re-roof , new velux windows and decided to have the gutters, downpipes and facias changed at the same time along with painting the exterior walls. A fabulous team of hardworking, polite, cheerful and above all professional guys turned up early every day and worked non stop. Nothing was too much trouble and when complete everything was left clean and tidy. A fabulous job that I'm delighted with. From the first phone call I made for a quote to the last day of completion, a really reliable firm that I would 100% recommend.

Following yet another episode of rainwater coming off the Dormer windows and under/through the tiles we decided to go for a complete re-roof back to the rafters. Jim responded quickly, gave us a good price and arranged for the scaffolding to be erected and the skips to be delivered. The crew were excellent and obviously knew what they were doing, their attention to detail going above and beyond what we might have expected. Owing to the time of year the job took a few days to complete, but the roof was left secure and watertight each evening. On completion everything was left neat and tidy with the drives swept and hosed. All in all, an excellent job and well recommended.

In general, the workmanship was excellent. No problems with them. They did what they said they’d do, showed up when they said they would. I have no complaints. They were very professional and exactly what I needed. They were reasonably priced.

Similarily to Elise, arranged for Jim to come and provide a quote for a leaking roof, taking time off work and he was a no show. No phone call saying he couldn't make it. Not reliable.
