My 'one star' relates to one ongoing issue, only. My architect has contacted McCormick and Hunter several times, over about a year, asking them to fix the leak in the zinc roof they installed. (A vent pipe is missing a storm collar, so water runs in whenever it rains.) They still have not carried out this simple fix, although they have been out to look at it. Weeks go by. It rains, and my internal walls in the bathroom are getting more water damaged! Water keeps dripping in and the wall is slowly deteriorating! (See photos). Please come out and fix this now!
