Awful customer management, simply say your busy if you can't take jobs. No need to have people wait months for promised quotes! You can't say you're "sending the quote" every time you are reminded and never send anything! Just say you're busy, not that hard. Not reviewing about the job, I'm sure they can do great work.

I arranged to meet this company one morning and they failed to appear! I phoned them and it was quite clear they were not intending to meet me to view the roof leaks that I had. They never even gave an apology and advised me that they had been out all night to an emergency???I would strongly not recommend! Hi, In response to your E-Mail , my recollection totally differs from yours! A/ I was on site as arranged at 9.30am. B/By 9.45am I phoned your mobile and it went straight to answering machine! I then resorted to phoning your office and it appears it transferred to your mobile, which you answered. I asked you if you will be appearing on site this morning and you advised me only then that you were called out to an emergency and would not be able to attend and could we rearrange. Therefore the part that you phoned me is not true! C/ When you did appear, you spoke to my Tenant in the Workshop and he directed you to the roofs that were leaking and you advised him that you would forward onto me a quotation, which I am still waiting to receive! Fortunately, I have managed to receive 3 quotations from contractors who turned up when arranged and quoted for the repairs!
