TJ roofing installed a natural slate roof on our new build home in 2012, after the roof had been in place approximately 18 months a tile became broken. I called them to replace the tile. When 3 workers pulled up they were very speedy and efficient taking about 3 - 4 minutes from pulling up to leaving. However I was billed £50 for this which I resent given the roof was a TJ installation and still reasonably recent. I called them to explain I was unhappy and thought this fee seemed unfair. I was told the charge was non negotiable and was standard industry practice. Goodwill seemed not to be taken into consideration. I have heard some good things about this company so hopefully it's an isolated incident. I now however use an alternative firm and have been left with a bad taste in my mouth.
