AVOID - absolute joke of a company. Failed to fix my roof, took over 3 months to return to resurvey, then took over a month to give me a quote, which was stupidly expensive considering I had already paid them to fix the problem. The admin team can be quite rude and offish and require constant chasing, and are constantly fobbing you off. There was no sympathy and the service was very impersonal throughout. I implore you to take your business elsewhere!
