A company that resorts to using employees to inflate its rating is not a company to be trusted. My parents were ripped off overcharged and they sent an unlicensed sales rep with a criminal record. Look them up at the California board of contractors for a true assessment and see the official complaints or the better business bureau where they were delisted. Lost accreditation for cause
