Had Platinum Roofing come to my home to access roof damage & give estimate. Owner's son showed up in a Lexus, obviously no ladder on top of that car! When I offered use of my ladder, was told no. Not needed. They already knew all my roof problems through satellite photos. Was told they already had full comprehensive 8 page report on my roof. I said great. I want to see that report. Was told he didn't have it, but I can go online to get it. They contract that service out to some other company. I then asked, "why are you here?". Was told he was there because I made appointment to get free estimate on roof damage. My reply was yes, but you are not going up & looking at roof & don't have said 8 page report to give me for review. Repeat, why was he wasting my time. Have since asked about 3 dozen people, would you hire a roofing company that is not even willing to get up on & look at the roof. Answer from all 3 dozen has been the same as mine. No way!!!.

Called to schedule an appointment for an estimate on a new roof. The person who answered the phone was very pleasant and professional. I told her I would be at work but my adult son would be there. She explained that they contracted with a company that took measurements by aerial view. That was fine. The representative that arrived informed my son he had to speak to the homeowner and would not leave the estimate with him. I waited 24 hours then called back to tell them I would be home the next day if they wanted to try again. I was told the estimate could be emailed to me . I gave her my email address, it's been forty-eight hours now and I've not received the email, a phone call or the estimate in the mail. I too was impressed by the late night commercial portraying the beautiful family. Who does business this way?

Above all of the great personal attention I received, getting a top quality product was most important to me and again Platinum came through there as well, they use a great major brand shingle with a 50 year warranty. I know my roof will hold up and look great for a long long time and Platinum Roofing will be there to stand behind their work. I am a very satisfied customer and you will be too!
