My daughters home was hit by the recent tornado in Ozark Mo, we had no idea what do or who to call, this company was working on the neighbors home that next morning and stepped up and started fixing my daughter's as well they tarped the roof temporarily fixed the plumbing and electrical, removed all the wet drywall and carpeting and debris outside all that same day so she could be in her home I cant say enough about their professionalism and kindness I would highly recommend them for anything.

I worked with Mike after that nasty storm hit Springfield last summer. He helped me take care of everything from start to finish. He truly cared about making sure I knew everything that was going on with my insurance company and explained all the repairs as they were happening. I felt comfortable leaving my house in his hands. I highly recommend calling Mike if you ever have any type of problems with your house, especially if you have to deal with your insurance company.

Rich and his team made my house look great just by changing the roof and gutters. He helped me pick out a great color combination that I love! His workers were courteous and cleaned up very well when they were done. Rich even walked around after the crews left to make sure there weren't any nails that were left on the ground. I have a dog and was very worried about nails.

The wind blew a bunch of shingles off our roof and I called NAV after reading their reviews. They came out and covered the area until insurance comes out. Really nice people. I’ll call them as soon as insurance tells me what to do.
