My husband was contacted through HomeAdvisor; about a month ago, for our downstairs bathroom needing remodeling and plumbing. A Rep. (Spencer) came out and gave us a quote. He was the most expensive out of the 4 quotes we have received and informed us a plumber will be contacting us to come to our house. After that, never heard from Spencer or a plumber. We contact him twice a few days later and Spenser never called back. Now we are looking to get our upstairs bathroom remodeled, my husband contacted United Home and Spencer came back out to give us a quote Memorial weekend. Spencer said he will contact the plumber, we signed the document with a quote and again; never heard from Spencer again. Today, 6/5/17, my husband contacted Spencer to ask about what was happening and excuses came out of his month. He said he will contact the plumber right anyway and call us back. As of 9 pm, still have no heard back from Spencer or a plumber. Where is the customer service and loyalty these days.... Disappointment.
