We interviewed a few roofing companies... Bottom line, Perkins was selected because of honesty and pricing. I received a quote for roof repair and new roof. It wasn't just that the pricing was better, but it was the value that I was receiving. I was receiving so much more with the quote that I receive from this company, that wasn't included from the others that provided an estimate. My contact person was Marco, he always responded to emails and text promptly; he was very professional in answering my questions and made sure that I was aware of all aspects. The entire process was very thorough and efficient. They were professional and cleaned up well. Once completed, I really enjoyed the fact that I received pictures of the entire process from start to finish.

This is one of the companies that made me feel the most comfortable. After getting a few quotes from three other companies, this one gave me the most bang for my buck. They expressed that I really only needed to patch up my roof and not get a whole new one. While the other companies were telling me that I really needed to get my whole roof done and were going to up charge me 15% more! They physically came out and gave me a free estimate when others just looked up Google Earth for square footage. Rolando made me and my family feel very comfortable, he was very polite and answered all my questions and communicated professionally and quickly. The guys who worked on the roof, Wendell, Elkin, Reese and George, they went above and beyond. When the time comes, they will be the ones to redo my whole roof! I had the opportunity to use Perkins Roofing for my home down in Miami and I am satisfied with their work. Without me being there Marco kept me at easy by providing me with updates and kept me informed throughout the process. I went with them because out of all the roofing companies that sent someone out Marco was the most personable. I am so grateful to have found this roofing company. Professional, courteous, and extremely helpful from beginning of the project to the end. Rolando is very patient. I had to plan the roof job from afar. He always made himself available for calls and returned each email in a prompt and professional manner. Mind you that I had sent photos of the repair work and Rolando quickly returned my call to inform me that it was termite damage. Most of the termite damage was from years ago but there was one small colony of active termites found. Sometime after the area was treated and the roof areas were reinspected, no live termite activity was detected. Then a start date was set. The workers were courteous and left the property better than when they had found it. The work was completed on time and we had a tight schedule of only being in town for a few short days.
