MotorCityKitty review about company Alvarez Roofing Solutions Inc.

Frankly, I'm surprised by any review that isn't 4 stars or higher. We needed a new roof, and went out for 4 quotes. Alvarez roofing got the job. Not only were they cost competitive, but Freddy worked the hardest of the four companies to earn our business. He was always available, followed through on promises, and helped educate us in tiles and roofing processes. (It was also neat to know that Freddy learned the business from his uncle in the southern states, and even had some experience during the hurricane Katrina fiasco, I believe.) Freddy booked us promptly, helped us through the tile searching phase, and the roof was laid. Christian was the main roofer and that guy worked all day long, smile on his face and dedicated to the job! He was great. The roof is now done. It is beautiful. Freddy just stopped by to check in on us. We are happy. As a side note, another really sweet aspect of this company is that it is a true FAMILY business. You will get to know Freddy and his family and they are a real genuine bunch.
