Even though we did not pursue a contract with Fred only because he currently does not do metal roofing, I would like to leave a review of the level of his professionalism, willingness to address all of our concerns and questions, and his competitive pricing. If we were to go ahead with asphalt shingles, there is no question that we would have gone ahead with Fred. I would definitely recommend Fred (Alvarez Roofing) to anyone looking to install a roof!
