Charlotte Hunter review about company Roof Restoration Group Ltd

Worst company I have ever had to deal with, we were promised a dormer extension 4 - 6 weeks to complete - this was October 2016 and still not complete, we did stop using them in Feb 2017 I would never ever recommend them to anyone. It cost us £18000 - to them anyway, I dread to think the amount we have spent making all their mistakes right. Please avoid at all costs do not hire them. The owner, manager or whoever he was - James Thurston - he was very rude to us and became aggressive when we advised we had a solicitor involved. They ruined our house - I just wish we listened to our solicitor and took them to court but I wanted my house back and I couldn't live any longer with how cold it was. I have started a blog on word press with the full extent of what really happened and when i finally complete this I will be posting the link for everyone to read.
