AVOID AVOID AVOID - Also trading as Prime Builders. James turned up and seemed polite and trustworthy after finding him on Trust a Trader. I required my chimney removing from a bedroom and off the roof along with adding a few plug sockets and plastering work, all relatively straight forward or so it should be) the work started at the end of June and was advised this would be completed within a Week.. Im still awaiting it to be completed as well as the damage he caused whilst doing the works. I have had no hot water since he started works as he has not capped my radiator correctly. I have 1 plug socket flush to the wall and level, the other 3 sockets are either hanging out of the wall, are not chased in or are wonky( i guess 1 out of three is not bad?!) Also one of the sockets was not earthed so I went two days without electricity. I have a wire trapped behind the plaster board which was left there for not other reason than complete idiocy. The door handles were broken off during the works which were never replaced, the window was also broken by James and his colleagues which also remains broken with an empty promise to return and fix (he didn't turn up on the agreed date ad have heard nothing since) My wooden floor is covered in splashes of plaster and concrete as James didnt cover anything up when the works took place. I have spent weeks redoing the work myself to get my house to standard. If I could access my loft I would be in there immediately as i have no doubt I would find mistakes. I advise anyone to not go ahead with works from this company or James directly.
