Phil Runciman review about company Roof Restoration Group Ltd

These jokers charged me £3000 to repair the roof, which wasn't leaking. Took them weeks to complete it and they only did so after i refused to pay them because of the shoddy job. They left broken tiles and unsealed joints everywhere. I don't think they expected me to climb up the scaffold to take a look. 12 months later and I've got 2 bad leaks in the areas they "repaired". Numerous calls to James who said he'd come and have a look. He didn't turn up and now won't return my calls. Reported to trading standards. They are not a part of competent roofers as they claim as they have been removed due to complaints. When they were members they didn't bother logging the jobs with them so you can't use them to escalate. Do yourself a favour and don't give them your money. You'll regret it.
