I called them several times over the course of 8 days to try to get an estimator out to quote me on repairing a roof (on a roof this company installed several years ago). It took 4 days for the estimator to call me and give me a tentative date. He never confirmed that date, didn't show up on the date and now no one in the company will return my phone calls. Must be nice to make so much money that you don't need my business. They not only won't be used for my repair work, I will not even consider them when it is time for a new roof.
