After they inspected my home roof and quoted it, I called them and would like to schedule a time to fix the roof. They always say they will input my information in their system. After two weeks waiting, when I called them again at third time, they said they didn't find any my information in their system, and told me the original inspector would call me back tomorrow. However, after whole that tomorrow waiting, no any response from them. Totally called them at least five times, no schedule to fix the roof.
