Hugo the roofer did not fix my roof problem. He was given several opportunities to get it done, and basically gave up. I did not receive any of my money back as requested, and will now proceed with litigation. Be aware of Hugo's claims of being professional and following through with his repairs. I was never aggressive in any way as he claims, in fact, I was very patient with him trying to rectify the problem. This is just bad business and the public has a right to be informed.
