**I apologize in advance firstly to Hugo for not sharing my highly positive experience first but to also the people who look at reviews first before contacting him for a repair/job ** Back in 2017 I purchased my first home.. After passing inspection with no issues I later came to find out by my insurance company that I was being dropped because they had an inspector come out and discovered I had missing shingles and a shifted/loose roof.. I panicked and stressed out but after doing review research I came across Hugo.. I contacted him and he came out the next day.. Hugo was very kind, professional and more importantly highly educated in his field.. He did the fairly priced repair in less than 45 minutes, sent me pictures and an invoice so I can provide to my insurance company which they reinstated me.. More recently today/2019, with all the severe storms we had I discovered a bunch of shingles in my back yard. I was nervous that they were from my roof, I didnt feel as stressed as I felt that I had a great experience with a roofer before and can count on him again.. Sure enough after calling Hugo, he came out the next day and inspected my roof. We came to the assumption that it was my neighbors roof and there was no damage nor missing shingles on mine.. Again very professional and kind. You do not get that kind of quality and professionalism from other contractors that you get from Hugo.. Great job Hugo!! I know who to contact if ever have a roof issue!!
