OVERPRICED!! paid 850 to seal 2 vent pipes and sweep leaves off my roof. Next day, I still had a leak, so I called a bit upset about the situation (wouldn't anyone be upset? after paying that much CASH) he turned offensive very quickly, started talking over me, raising his voice and even asked me "do you still want me to come over not!? and "why are you mad if you have warranty!?" he needs to work on customer skills. Yes, I was an angry customer, but he was making matters worse when he started raising his voice and acting out as if he was the upset customer. He did come back to TRY and fix issue as promised. As an independent roofer, he brought his family with him, making me (a single mom) feel more uncomfortable. It has been way over a month and all he does is adds more seal. My roof STILL leaks and now he is refusing to come back and refusing to give me partial refund. DO NOT hire this man, he seems really nice and friendly at first but if your not satisfied with his work, he gets very aggressive.
