Jammie Tate review about company Vessels Roofing Inc

Now I know why you should pay attention to other reviews. My roof is still leaking and I cannot get them to fix it. The funny thing is that I called their attention to the bad reviews on Google before hiring them. They pointed out that they have been in business for a long time so it was only natural that there might be a few unsatisfied customers. That made sense to me. But I should have trusted my instincts. I have called them repeatedly and so far they have came out once and put CAULK on my brand new roof. There is rotted wood that was supposed to be replaced but was not. It is a shame because I originally gave them a 5 star review due to the quick service, good price, and the way they cleaned up afterwards. But all that doesn't mean much if the roof LEAKS.
